Wagering Rules

1- BetPlatinum reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.

2-The minimum phone wager is $50 (fifty dollars) and minimum internet wager is $5 (five dollars). The maximum wager is the balance in your account or the lmits on the sport.

3- All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action".

4- Winners and losers are official after: Football (Pro-College) 55 min. of play; Basketball (Pro) 43 min. of play; Basketball (College) 35 min. of play; Hockey (Pro & American) 55 min. of play; Other Sports (w/time limits) Must Have < 5 min. of play left; Baseball (home team winning) 4 1/2 innings; Baseball (visitor winning) 5 innings of play; Baseball (total runs wagers home winning) 8 1/2 innings; Baseball (total runs wagers visitors winning) 9 innings. All TOTALS and RUN LINES must be complete games. Note: If the game is called or suspended the score is determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called. If a game is suspended during the top half of the inning, and the game has gone the official 4 1/2 or 5 innings the score aftere the last full inning determines the winner. The listed pitchers must start or there is "no action, Any 1ST half 5 INNING WAGERS MUST GO FULL 5 INNING and listed pitchers must start.

5- All event and game winners are determined on the date of the event's conclusion according to house rules and conditions. BetPlatinum ™ does not recognize suspended games, protest and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

6-When wagering on "totals," overtime periods are counted as the final score.

7- On half-time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.

8- The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.

9- All phone wagering calls are digitally recorded. These recordings are used to settle all wagering disputes.

10- All internet transactions are saved on a tape back up system.
