#1 What operating systems are supported by Platinum Ticker?

A) Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003. For others older versions like Windows 98, you will need to install VB6 runtime (not provided witk Ticker)

#2 How do I uninstall Platinum Ticker?

A) To uninstall Platinum Ticker go to; Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select Platinum Ticker, Remove.

#3 Can I see the lines in other RRS aggregators?

A) Yes and no. You can choose other commercial programs to view our live lines, as well as other RSS/XML web content. However, it's posible you can't see lines including extended characters such as "½". Ours has been optimized for sportsbook lines.

#4 What is RSS?

A) RSS is an XML format used for syndicating news and similar content from online news sources.   There are many sources of RSS feeds out there. Our is the first delivering live lines content.

#5 I'm having issues with installation program. I can't install it.

A) If you are receiving an error like "Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system..." try downloading and installing lastest patches to your Operating System from Microsoft's Windows Update site. Then, proceed to install Platinum Ticker again.

#6 How do I unistall the Ticker.

A) Go to: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Double click on "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Scroll down until you find the program named "Platinum Ticker" and select it. Click on the button "Change/Remove" and follow on-screen instructions.
